That’s why we partner with organizations across Chicago and beyond to build mutually beneficial partnerships and multiply our collective impact.
At IRJ, we favor depth over breadth when establishing and maintaining partnerships. We believe quality is more important than quantity in our relationships with our partner organizations. We begin with two-year minimum commitments, ensuring both IRJ and our partners commit the time, effort, and resources needed to understand each other.
